The first two webinars of our scientific lecture series on "Sintering" commenced on Wednesday and today with Prof. Suk-Joong L. Kang, Professor Emeritus of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the Korea Institute of Advanced Science and Technology. Prof. Kang, a distinguished guest at FunGlass Centre, shared invaluable insights into the fundamentals of sintering science.

The webinars, titled "Basis of Sintering Science I," and “Basis of Sintering Science II“  took place on Wednesday, April 17, and Friday, April 19, 2024, attracting a diverse audience of students and researchers eager to delve into this critical area of materials science. The sessions provided a comprehensive overview of sintering processes, setting the stage for further exploration in upcoming lectures.
