Processing and Properties of Advanced Ceramics and Glass scientific seminar

‍The FunGlass – Centre for Functional and Surface Functionalized Glass is extending an invitation to all interested scientists to attend a seminar/workshop scheduled to take place from 16-18 October 2024 in Vršatské Podhradie, Slovakia.

Additionally, the event will serve as the venue for the Joint Meeting of the Silicate Scientific-Technological Society.

The scientific seminar will address the following topics:

• Development of advanced ceramics, ceramics composites and glasses;
• Functional ceramics and glasses;
• Porous ceramics and glasses;
• Ceramic & glass coatings;
• Characterisation and testing of ceramic & glass materials;
• Surface modification techniques of ceramics and glasses;

Please note the following important deadlines for this event:

• September 2, 2024 - Final registration (please see the registration link below)
• September 23, 2024 - Abstract submission
• October 2, 2024 - Payment deadline
