CEITEC and FunGlass double degree students attended Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials Conference in Prague

CEITEC & FunGlass students Erik Ščasnovič and Marek Rotter at Doctoral Seminar organised by the Department of Glass and Ceramics of UCT Prague. In total, 20 international PhD students participated in the Student Speech Contest and we are happy that two of them were from our research group!

The 29th annual Doctoral Seminar organised by the Department of Glass and Ceramics of UCT Prague took place on 7 and 8 February.

The programme of the seminar consists of specialist lectures given by PhD students from various academic institutions working in the field of chemistry and technology of inorganic non-metallic materials.

We are very proud of the participation and performance of our young scientists in presenting their research.

Erik Ščasnovič presented: "The activation energy of sintering of (Mg0.2Co0.2Cu0.2Ni0.2Zn0.2)O and influence of sintering temperature and heating rates on microstructure and homogeneity"

followed by Marek Rotter, who presented: "Optimisation of a debinding procedure for objects prepared by 3D printing of low loaded photopolymeric ceramic suspensions".

In total, 20 international participants took part in this Student Speech Contest and we are delighted that two of them were from our team!
