Invitation to Processing and Properties of Advanced Ceramics and Glass scientific seminar

FunGlass centre and Slovak Silicate Scientific-Technological Society is inviting scientists to the scientific seminar Processing and Properties of Advanced Ceramics and Glass

The FunGlass – Centre for Functional and Surface Functionalized Glass is extending an invitation to all interested scientists to attend a seminar/workshop scheduled to take place from 16-18 October 2024 in Vršatské Podhradie, Slovakia.

Additionally, the event will serve as the venue for the Joint Meeting of the Silicate Scientific-Technological Society.

The scientific seminar will address the following topics:

Development of advanced ceramics, ceramics composites and glasses;
Functional ceramics and glasses;
Porous ceramics and glasses;
Ceramic & glass coatings;
Characterisation and testing of ceramic & glass materials;
Surface modification techniques of ceramics and glasses;
