Michaela Matejová and Andrea Chrastinová attended prestigious meeting of Project Managers of research projects in Denmark.
Representatives of the Hub Office staff - Andrea Chrastinová and Michaela Matejová attended the most important research management event in Europe, the EARMA (European Association of Research Managers and Administrators) conference, which took place from 23 to 25 April in Odense, Denmark. EARMA represents the community of Research Managers and Administrators (RMAs) in Europe.
The Odense Congress Center welcomed over 1400 delegates from around 52 countries. The conference covered presentations, discussions, and interactive workshops aimed at networking, sharing best practices, and exchanging relevant information in project management and administration support. These activities contributed to the enhancement of managerial skills that are vital for the smooth run of the GlaCerHub project.
This year's theme was "Where is RMA Going? The Future of RMA in a Rapidly Changing World", which explored also the highly relevant topic of how artificial intelligence is transforming research management.
